Traditional software errors can corrupt data or interrupt a service. Autonomous physical systems can also move equipment, alter a route or start a process. The right to call a machine interface must be distinguished from authority to cause a particular movement or operating change.
That authority needs explicit task, location, operating-mode and safety boundaries. ProofGrid governs the authorization decision; it does not replace the systems responsible for safe motion.

In this conceptual model, the orchestrator delegates a narrower task to a mobile robot. A report of degraded sensor confidence changes the context for authorization. ProofGrid may consume that signal and restrict the action grant; it does not decide the robot's physical recovery maneuver.
Movement authority is withheld; the safety system and authorized operators determine the safe response.

Physical AI security depends on current conditions. Authority to move inventory during one shift and in one zone is not a standing grant to move anything, anywhere. Relevant signals can narrow or revoke a grant at runtime while leaving navigation, functional safety and motion control to their dedicated systems.
